Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Company Name: Course Accreditation
1. Affiliate Commission:
- Affiliates will earn £5 from the start-up order of a subscription, per business.
- This commission is a one-time payment and does not recur monthly.
2. Payout Schedule:
- Payouts will be made 90 days after the initial order to prevent exploitation of our affiliate program.
- Payouts will be processed via the payment method specified in your affiliate account.
3. Qualification for Payout:
- Affiliates will receive a unique code and link.
- To qualify for the payout, affiliated businesses must use the provided code and link during their purchase.
4. Eligibility and Participation:
- Only approved affiliates are eligible to participate in the program.
- Affiliates must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in their affiliate account.
5. Fraud Prevention:
- Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake registrations, or manipulation of the referral system, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of earned commissions.
6. Program Modification:
- Course Accreditation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
- Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Termination:
- Course Accreditation reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement at any time without prior notice.
- Upon termination, any pending commissions will be forfeited if fraudulent activity is detected.
8. Legal Compliance:
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to advertising and data protection laws.
9. Intellectual Property:
- Affiliates may use Course Accreditation’s logos and trademarks in their marketing efforts, provided they comply with the brand guidelines and do not misrepresent the company.
10. Confidentiality:
- Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information provided by Course Accreditation and not disclose it to any third party.
11. Liability:
- Course Accreditation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising out of or related to the affiliate program.
12. Indemnification:
- Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Course Accreditation from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their participation in the affiliate program.
