My name is Rachel Barrett-I have continually worked within the beauty industry for over 25 years.

I hold the teaching qualification-Level 5 diploma in Education and Training and a level 3 qualification in Assessment.

Alongside my vast range of beauty qualifications, I have a VTCT Level 4 qualification In micro pigmentation.

Within my career I have established and continue to run my own successful business.

Alongside this-I have taught in local colleges and independent academy’s.

I have witnessed how the industry has developed with online courses. Online learning offers flexibility, convenience, and accessibility. allowing studying at your own pace and in a time that suits. This supports both therapists wanting to up skill and joining the industry.

However, I have witnessed a short fall in the lack of both experience and qualifications that companies hold when delivering courses. I have also noted there is little to no assessment.

Therefore I would like to offer a fully  supported service-using both my beauty knowledge and teaching/assessment experience.

I will also be delivering in person training in my academy-for those  students who would prefer.
